  • CHECK THE SPELLING OF YOUR STORE NAME AND AVATAR CONTACT NAMES!!!
    This is directly copied to spreadsheets, merchant list, and the mailing list!

  • PLEASE GIVE LEGACY AVATAR NAMES NOT DISPLAY NAMES!
    Search will NOT find you by display name and our mailer cannot locate you either!
    If we cannot contact you, we will have to reject your application without notice!

  • DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SLURL (OR URL FOR MP ONLY STORES)!
    If we cannot find your store we cannot check your application.

  • IF YOU MOVE YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR NEW LOCATION.
    We check every application, even returning merchants, if we cannot find the store the application is declined!
    During the event the merchant directory will need to be kept up to date!

Note: This is the store owner, in cases of multiple owners, who need to be added to the merchant mailing list if accepted, please include those names here separated by a comma!



Note: These names will NOT be added to the merchant mailing list; they will be used only as emergency contacts. Any additional owners included above do not need to be included here!









Everyone will get the gacha with the merchant package and be able to do them. Saying yes now does not mean you must just that you are planning to. If you don't we are not going to penalize you later. This gives us an estimate based on number of merchants who plan to do them and experience of real turnout in order to plan for space for the gachas! We know some say they will and don’t end up having time as well as some say they don’t plan to and do end up doing them!












PLEASE DO NOT use this space to ask questions, direct those to Rox Arten in world and I will gladly answer them as they may be missed while we catch up on applications.


NOTE BEFORE SUBMITTING:

Be sure you have answered all the questions!

Check the spelling of your store, main contact, and other contact names! If we cannot contact you due to the use of display names or a typo in your legacy name that we cannot resolve even if the application would be accepted it will then be declined and without notice.

Double check the slurl provided is correct. If we cannot locate your store with your slurl the application will be declined! (For MP only stores be sure that you provide a URL to your MP store directly)

We would much rather not decline an application for these kinds of issues but every hunt or event we get applications with these issues in them!
