Basic Merchant Information

Yes, it's that time again - time for another Twisted Hunt!

So here are the basics, we will be taking applications through no later than August 15, 2017! Applications will close sooner if we fill all available spots prior to that, so waiting may not be to your advantage We are capping the number of stores at 150 stores! We welcome all stores who meet our guidelines to apply, if your store does not particularly seem "Twisted" but you are willing to build something to the market we serve we would love to have you join us!

We STRONGLY suggest you read our merchant information pages including the requirements and rules before applying. In fact, we insist. There's stuff in here you're agreeing to do if you apply, and we mean to hold you to it.

And if you're interested in being a featured sponsor, let us know in your application! There are only a few spaces for Twisted Sponsors - so don't wait too long they fill fast! The application has a section for Sponsor questions at the bottom. We evaluate these sponsor applications separately from being accepted or not, obviously if you are not accepted to the hunt, the sponsor application will be removed from evaluation, however we always get more Sponsor applications then we have spaces for. We choose these based-on value to the hunt for helping spread the word. We no longer will evaluate traffic, we've seen to many false botted locations over the years instead, we are looking at your answers as to how you can help spread the word, groups you can advertise in, store group and subscriber list numbers and other ways that you can help us for the benefit of the hunt in exchange for the benefits of being a sponsor.

About the theme this time around....

Victorian Gothic, time to wander back a bit closer to our Twisted roots, as it really was about time we did another variation of a red cube! This theme will lend itself to many variations including, but not limited to: Steampunk, Gothic, period-era, vampire, and many other sub-themes. It even lends itself to inspiration from such authors as Poe who, from conversations in the Twisted group, is very popular among many of our members. The possibilities are exciting, and I am sure our merchants will come up with some amazing prizes as well as intriguing side hunts, games, and extras for this theme! The merchant welcome pack will include some resource links for places to draw inspiration just in case anyone needs a bit of help as always!
